Client Services' certified trainers deliver classroom instruction on a broad range of the software applications used most at UT Southwestern, including the Microsoft Office Suite of productivity applications.

Registration: A class registration form must be submitted from this site. The form needs to be submitted as an ENR form on the OAS system.

Note: You may use the same registration form for multiple people and or/ multiple classes.

Note: Registration is also available by calling the IR Call Center at 214-648-7600.

E-learning:
OAS (Online Administrative System) (a prerequisite to all the online forms classes we teach)
Mednet - Network (an introduction to the campus-wide network)

Cancellation/Reschedule:
Cancellations: We must receive your cancellation 2 days before the class
Reschedules: You may reschedule up to 3 times per person per class within the same fiscal year.

"Just in Time" Training:
This type of training is a one-on-one session with a Client Services trainer. We offer training and application development for any of the applications we support.

Training Class Fee Changes:
Important changes to the training class fees took effect September 1, 2006.
We now offer many previously fee-based classes will be presented at no cost. Also, a "no-show" charge will be in place for not attending nor canceling a scheduled seat in a class. Click here for full details.
