| Job Duties |
1. Oversees daily medical surgery services including nursing,
registration, and related services.
2. Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates medical surgery services.
3. Creates and implements programs for medical surgery services.
4. Oversees budget expenditures and scheduling.
5. Maintains and develops key business relationships to achieve
departmental and organizational objectives.
6. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies,and
procedures.
7. Maintains confidentiality as appropriate.
8. Oversees supervisors and/or subordinate managers to include
established priorities.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
