| Job Duties |
1. Reviews medical records utilizing established measures and
criteria.
2. Assists in identification of trends and special causes.
3. Supports assigned committees with meeting preparation, creation of
meeting minutes and follow-up correspondence, and meeting
coordination.
4. Assists with profiling of medical staff and allied health staff for
reappointments.
5. Manages THCIC reporting process to Texas Department of Health.
6. Supports organization's JCAHO accreditation-related activities.
7. Completes assigned projects and reports in timely manner.
8. Works in cooperation with other disciplines to achieve organization
integration of PI activities.
9. Serves as resource to Zale Lipshy University Hospital and St. Paul
University Hospital Medical Staff for iniatives relating to Peer
Review and Performance Improvement.
10. Maintains confidentiality of all data collected through performance
improvement process.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
