| Job Duties |
1. Conducts analysis to ascertain the most efficient, effective and
productive processes to accomplish department goals and objectives.
2. Recommends methods to ensure maximum utilization of facilities
and human resources. Identifies systems specifications and/or
technical changes to procedures for transition and/or development
of automated processes.
3. Documents business and systems requirements of departments for
use in development of processes and systems.
4. Plans equipment layout, work flow, and other measures (e.g.
accident prevention measures) to maintain efficient and safe
utilization of department.
5. Provides guidance in procedural development process to department
administration.
6. Develops desktop procedure manuals and process controls to ensure
effective transaction processing.
7. Prepares cost estimates for assigned projects.
8. Manages multiple projects determining project scope, assigning,
monitoring and directing the work responsibilities of other project
team members, teaching/training team members techniques on
financial data analysis, develops project plan strategy and
implements the work plan to achieve financial goals.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
