| Experience & Education Required

1. Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of technical skill
responsibilities. Experience in the following competencies:
HTML - HTML/CSS/Dreamweaver, Javascript, JAVA, JSP, Beans, EJB,
Web Services, Frameworks, and SQL. Strong database skills: Oracle,
SQL Server, Architects Advanced Design Patterns, MVC, DAO, and JSF.

| Job Duties |
1. Works with institutional parties to debug, enhance, and educate
users about electronic internet systems and design.
2. Develops content management solutions for websites and makes
technical design recommendations for products.
3. Builds high customer satisfaction by managing end-users
expectations, communicating complex technical issues clearly and
in a way they will be easily understood. Documents agreed-upon
resolutions.
4. Follows up with clients to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Resolves bugs in a timely manner and enforce quality assurance
standards by developing high quality code which is reusable, well-
documented, stable, efficient, and defect-free.
5. Ensures code is thoroughly tested to avoid production defects or
complaints.
6. Works independently to research and resolve problems and shares
findings with others during technical meetings.
7. Builds infrastructure and participates in projects that support
the goals and advancement of the department.
8. Ensures successful completion of department tasks in a timely
manner.
9. Tests websites and systems to ensure they meet institutional and
regulatory standards.
10. Demonstrates senior experience and leadership and provides
oversight and mentoring to lower level Engineers.
11. Understands emerging technologies in the marketplace and uses new
improvements in technology and standards to further develop
high-quality systems.
12. May perform usability studies to continually improve technical
support for website architecture.
