| Job Duties |
1. Manages Information Resources section, such as Network Services,
Software Systems Programming, Computer Training, etc. following
university policies and procedures and using effective management,
communication, and customer service skills to develop and ensure
effective program.
2. Develops, revises, recommends, and interprets policies and
procedures for section to ensure all applicable laws and
governmental guidelines are followed and that employees are treated
in equitable manner.
3. Coordinates various projects and programs for section ensuring
all tasks are completed by established deadlines and to ensure that
quality customer service is provided for faculty and staff.
4. Assists campus departments in assessing technical requirements
that meet needs of their operation.
5. Completes work specific to assigned section using appropriate
technologies and communication skills.
6. Supervises group of professional and/or administrative support
employees.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

| Comments |
IR Manager over a small group responsible for data warehouse
architecture and development. Project management experience necessary.
Familiarity with dimensionally-modeled data warehousing and experience
with Microsoft SQL Server required. Knowledge of Microsoft Analysis
Services a plus. Experience in data profiling and/or master data
management desirable. Position responsibilities will also include
meeting with internal clients, eliciting needs for data
warehouse/analytics development, and delivering presentations.
