| Job Duties |
1. Creates websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies.
2. Tests websites and systems to ensure they meet institutional
regulatory standards.
3. Manages access and control of software (for example, user, roles,
and group).
4. Trains end-users and ensure system documentation is effective and
current. Documents system functionality and frequently asked
questions to provide self-helf for end-users.
5. Provides reporting of web analytics to various departments for
web trends. Educates clients and end-users on web statistics that
are tracked on the internet (for example, Google referrals,web
views, ad campaigns, and converstion sites).
6. Performs search engine optimization and search engine marketing
to enhance search engine rankings of web pages, pay per click
strategies, conversion rates, and creates search engine optimized
content.
7. Communicates complex technical issues to end-users in an easily
understood manner.
8. Builds sitemaps and web page specifications.
9. Performs usability studies to continually upgrade the website.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
