| Job Duties |
1. Creates websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies.
2. Tests websites and systems to ensure they meet institutional and
regulatory standards.
3. Manages access and control of software (for example, user, role,
and group).
4. Trains end-users and ensures system documentation is effective and
current. Documents system functionality and frequently asked
questions to provide self-helf for end-users.
5. Provides reporting of web analytics to various departments for
web trends. Educates clients on web statistics that are tracked
on the website (for example, Google referrals, web views, ad
campaigns, and conversion sites).
6. Performs search engine optimization and search engine marketing
to enhance search engine rankings of web pages, pay-per-click
strategies, conversion rates, and creates search engine optimized
content.
7. Communicates moderately complex technical issues to end-users in
an easily understood manner.
8. Performs usability studies to continually upgrade the website.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

| Comments |
Will be responsible for developing and improving the existing MMPC web
site to provide more comprehenisive and tailored information for users.
Web site provides a portal to already well developed software that is
used to design experiments. Must be able to work independently and have
the ability to keep all responsible parties informed of progress. Will
also work closely with aligned MMPC Centers to fine tune web site use.
